Keeping Warm with Vertbaudet - Review

As much as I love summer and the spring/summer clothing collections, I really do love the warmth of the autumn/winter collections. Whilst I stock up on as many long sleeve t-shirts, tights, trousers and knitwear, jackets and coats can be expensive so I tend to only buy one really good one for the kids to last them the season.

Vertbaudet have a great range of parkas and jackets for autumn/winter and they sent me this really pretty wool mix coat priced at £39.00

It comes in 4 colour choices; grey, purple, strawberry and teal. I chose the strawberry one as I think this style of coat looks really nice in red shades.

The coat has a zip which is concealed once you button the coat together with the faux leather buttoned placket. It has two pockets that have decorative stars on the zips. It has a hood with a polka dot lining and it also has hooks for mittens or gloves to be attached to the inside of the sleeves. These are available to buy separately from Vertbaudet.

Inside the coat is a lovely fleecy lining, making this a really warm coat for the winter months. It isn't shower or waterproof because of the material but it is perfect for those cold winter mornings when the sun is shining. I think it will look really cute over a dress and tights combo with patent boots.

It is machine washable at 30 which is great because I thought it might be dry clean or hand wash only.

This is such a beautiful coat that feels really warm and cosy. I think Miss C will get a lot of wear out of this this winter.
