What I Ate Wednesday


We had seabass for dinner tonight. I love it pan-fried with salt and pepper and a knob of butter.

For breakfast I had two weetabix with semi-skimmed milk and a homemade smoothie.

Lunch was butternut squash and carrot soup, a handful of grapes and a Go Ahead cereal bar.

I was doing so well until I had a bag of Revels Husband brought home for me but I need the chocolate this week. And I only like the coffee and orange creams so it wasn't too bad.
