What I Have For Breakfast

This is my absolute favourite cereal or granola to have for breakfast. It's from a brand called Mornflake and it's a combination of oats, dried fruits and coconut flakes. It is really delicious and so filling, I don't need anything until lunch time.

Of course, if I had the time in the morning, I would have pancakes with fruit or salmon and poached eggs.
