Redoxon - Review

A few months ago, we were sent a large package containing a huge supply of Redoxon vitamin supplements. I was familiar with the brand because my Step-dad, who worked for a huge pharmaceuticals company when we lived in Mexico, used to take the Vitamin C effervescent tablets every morning. He used to get us to take them too, much to our protest because they tasted disgusting.

So, of course, I was a bit apprehensive about having Redoxon again however, especially with the colder weather coming round, our immune systems are working even harder to fight off bugs. Redoxon Triple Action effervescent tablets are ideal for giving you that extra boost and support. The tablets are suitable for 12 years and over and you simply dissolve one in water and drink it. It wasn't as bad as I remember but I did drink it quite fast. They contain Vitamin C, which helps your metabolism and can help support your immune system, Vitamin D, which helps support your immune system and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. It's also ideal for the winter months when the sun isn't out as often. Lastly they contain Zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. I take Zinc supplements to help with my breakouts and any scarring and it really has made a difference to my skin. Redoxon Triple Action effervescent tablets come in packs of 10 or 15.

For the kids, Redoxon Triple Action gummies are a tasty way to get extra Vitamin C, D and Zinc into their bodies. Zachary and Charlotte love taking these over their regular vitamins (Multi-vitamins and Mineral and Omega 3) because they taste like fruity chew sweets. They come in packs of 25 gummies which last us just under a week as Zachary needs to take 3 a day and Charlotte needs to take 2 a day. Flavour wise there is papaya, strawberry and orange.

We've definitely felt a difference from taking the supplements whilst still maintaining a fairly healthy diet. My skin feels so much better when usually it would start to dry out with the colder weather. I don't feel as tired and, especially important when working with children, I don't seem to be catching every bug that's going around just now.

Thank you Redoxon for sending these goodies over to us!
